• Corporate PMP Prep (35 hour exam preparation course), in cooperation with our ATP (Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partners) partner. Scatterwork has qualified trainers in Europe, the Middle East and Oceania in addition to PM-ProLearn’s dozen or so US based trainers.
• Personalised PCaS (Project Coaching as a Service) which delivers the same benefits and programs as workshops, but to a single senior participant who selects the session times to suit him/herself as the program progresses.  The project expert can also be assigned to implement some of the follow-up actions.This format is particularly useful for senior project responsibles who cannot fit into a regular training schedule and who want to accelerate the implementation of their assignment.
• Project Management workshops, typically including personal coaching based on the projects of the participants (see Success Stories) both during and after the workshops.
• Team Workshops to support the members of a single team who have a shared and important project assignment. This can include everything from
