Aim to hit the ground running

As soon as you get an assignment, immediate action is often expected. The expert consultant guides individuals or small teams through Scatterwork’s Step-by-Step Framework to implement their projects. Grounded in reality, the examples are drawn from your own challenges for immediate results.

Who should attend?

This event is for up to 10 individuals or small teams (2 or 3 members) who each have their own critical assignment which must get moving (again?) as soon as possible. They can be from any industrial, commercial or academic branch.

Learning Objectives

Detailed insights, which are applied immediately to the participants’ individual assignments.

The participants will have a structure with which to share the learning with their teams.

Overview

All working sessions are dedicated to identifying and optimising implementation details for immediate application.

Depending on the participant profile, this is typically a 1 to 3 day event, either on-line or on-site. It can also be supported by online events before (to set the scene) and afterwards (to help implement the learning).

When on-line, the schedule can be delivered eg in 2 – 6 half days, either consecutively or over a number of weeks. Half days are more suitable for teams in different continents, because it is easier to find overlapping time slots.
