The Challenge
Distributed across continents, 15 teams consisting of 150 people in a US-based photo products website with a development centre in India, needed to improve and consolidate their processes, normalizing them across teams.
The Intervention
Assessment and coaching of US and India based teams, setting up an improvement agenda for each team and monitoring progress of the improvement plans. The consultant also played the role of backup scrum master.
