Presentations are delivered in a major language such as French, German, Arabic and Hindi with accompanying written materials in English. This is further reinforced with participants through small group discussions in their preferred language, which allows them to better absorb and process the content.

Long before the pandemic made remote work a necessity, Scatterwork was already built on it. Founded in 2008, the company’s name reflects its core principle: enabling distributed teams to collaborate effectively, regardless of location.
Its CEO had been working remotely since the 1990s, driven by the belief that geography should not limit performance.
