International Engagement Model

On-line or On-site? It all depends…

On-Line Service Delivery

While face-to-face collaboration is always valuable, today’s interconnected world often requires tapping into the expertise and input of team members located elsewhere.

  • Immediate assignment start up is possible
  • Facilitates participation from different global locations
  • No travel related dead time or costs
  • Participants do not need a visa or work permit

On-Site Service Delivery

Certain stages of a project benefit significantly from face-to-face collaboration, where the advantages far outweigh the costs.

We offer on-site support worldwide, focusing on the critical, high-impact phases of assignments.

  • Key requirement for very high value or urgent assignments
  • Best when most players are at one location
  • Enhances teamwork, especially when participants are unfamiliar with each other

Cultural and Language Sensitivity

Competence in understanding and speaking foreign languages can vary widely. Scatterwork addresses this by a mixed-language approach to tailored training and workshops, ensuring an enhanced and inclusive learning experience.

Presentations are delivered in a major language such as French, German, Arabic and Hindi with accompanying written materials in English. This is further reinforced with participants through small group discussions in their preferred language, which allows them to better absorb and process the content.

In addition, Scatterwork offers the following services:

  • Identification and training of local trainer candidates to deliver programs effectively.
  • Design an delivery of train-the-trainer support to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Management of the translation of support materials to meet specific language needs.

Our ATP Partners

In 2021, Scatterwork established a partnership with PM-ProLearn, a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP), to deliver accredited project management training. This collaboration supports the delivery of one of the most esteemed certifications in project management: the Project Management Professional (PMP®). Through this successful partnership, both organizations have expanded their reach, entering new sectors and serving clients across a wider range of geographic locations.

PM-ProLearn is renowned for its exceptional training programs, efficient processes, and talented team. Scatterwork is proud to contribute to these areas, enabling us to offer PMP® training to clients worldwide.
