The engagement of any service offering proceeds in stages, starting with initial contact driven by your business need. It then proceeds via stages of information sharing so that we can understand the issues and your Business Drivers. When our skills and experience are relevant, we then draft the design of an intervention program as a basis for further information sharing. When this has been adjusted to take all your requirements into account, we proceed to the costing and contracting stage.
Once the decision to proceed has been made by you, the program moves to the detailed planning, scheduling and implementation. Finally, when the work is finished, there a follow up review to consolidate learnings, identify if any further action is required and close off the project in a controlled way.
